And what's so wrong with procrastinating? Just look at me, yes I WILL get around to filing last year's income taxes, really I will.

OMG!
how fun that you have a d.portlander fan, eh?!
and the pammygalleryscenario is too damn perfect! haha!
but in all seriousness... doyoustill have that gorgeous one
that i freaked on? it was posted on your site, kind of a reddish-orange color and more on the minimalistic side? PleaseSendPriceInfoDimensionsAndAvailabilityToMyUsual(as usual, as usual, as usualbeckybeckybeckybeckybecky........!!!!!) TapsalotAddyPlease.Thanx.

and yeah, pretty swell weekend.

got me papasan on Saturday! just waiting for the right moment to fall blissfully asleep in it.

:-)

AND I finished dance number FIvE!!!! tonight. (minus the stuff that has to be done in the studio and not just in my mind... like seeing who has the best grand jette and making sure what i conjurrrrrred up in my imagination will actually work in "real" life on "real" kiddies.)

only 6 left to finish, and one of those is *nearly* done.

phew.

i have a killer residency this week... starting tomorrow.

yep. gonna set THrEE alarms for tomorrow am.

night owls hate having to get up early.
best time to see the sun rise is after an all-nighter...
no wonder i'm pooped!

kewl kewl kewl!!!!!!

thanks, b.

and yeah, busy busy busy! kindergarten is bizarro world! i like it but it wears me out. those kiddies are so weird!!! which is normal at that age, so i hear. they're very short. and they run around in their own little worlds. they have much to learn in the area of social skills. they do not know the difference between questions and statements. and they love to give you hugs! yeah, that's really why i teach tap... i do it for the hugs!!

i bought a kid-music cd tonight. harry connic jr doing things from willy wonka and other fun tunes. think i'll use it tomorrow ffor the kids' dance that they will perform on friday. it's really hard doing tap with them for an hour per class. they have 15-20 min. attention spans so i have to get creative with some show and tell things to do inbetween actual tapping. today i brought a savion glover book and showed them the pictures and told stories about the pix. that went over well. so tomorrow...???? ita magazines????? i think i'll take the nicholas bros book. they LOvED the nich. bros! they were all trying to do the splits today! hahaha! that was funny.

ok... i'm a gonna go to the sweet doggie picture and reply to that topic now! love you!!

HAHAHA
your description of kids is classic!!!!
they're like little firecrackers ready to 'splode sometimes, yah?!

got your response on the doggie picture, too. Lj was screwy last night, not letting me reply either..anyway, yeah, that photo was taken by chris morrow, one of our friends that lives in san diego. she's a photo journalist. i'm trying to get her and her hubby to move up here so she can go with me to art openings and flash her press badge!!! which reminds me, the rauschenberg opening is in a few weeks!!! eeeEEP!!!!!

pammy
I really have not seen any of the altered book covers I don't like. I think I may need a few to add to my baby smith collection. Now, hmmmmmmm, I wonder which room to convert to the gallery. I am thinking the computor room. love you, pammy

...montrose art walk hmh? ;) would this be a good weekend to get an artist tanked?
artworkslive
May. 1st, 2006 09:11 pm (UTC)
if by 'tanking' you mean:

'sloshed'
'schnockered'
'smashed'
or
'shit faced'

my answer would be: 'oh hell yea!'

that is...if i don't fall into a sleep deprived coma first. 8)
