scenes from an art opening

made it to leigh salgado's opening last night at ave. 50 studio. her recent work is seductively enchanting, as always. i wanted to be left alone with it and whisper sweet nothings in its ear, but sadly the crowd just wouldn't budge!

Re: i can't wait
yup, now THAT sounds familiar....makes me wanna see it again........and again, and again! like everybody else and his sister did whilst growing up. i, on the other hand, didn't see that movie until i took a film class in college! still chuckle when i see the scene with officers bert and ernie!

instead, our family opted for 'the sound of music,' 'the wizard of oz,' and 'gone with the wind' each and every time they aired.

Re: i can't wait
OK. Me too.
I never saw it until I was living in NYC, at a beaux's flat... maybe I was 33.
Since then I have wanted to paint the entire set design, but that is another subject.
