onday

re-unity

chuck and i had a short, but sweet, visit in phoenix over the weekend. saw dad, who looked great...a little fatigued, but up and around and easing into a strange new lifestyle, one that includes a restrictive diet and exercise. yes, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks. visited with bev and her son, curt, stayed with vicki (my biological mom) and her husband, john...and i was SO happy to see pam (my sis) and sean (my nephew), after a long 4 year absence. all this activity within a 24 hour span..i'm left wondering if it was just a dream?? chuck was such the trooper, driving us there on little sleep and whisking us back on such short notice...power reuniting, it's the wave of the future.

me, dad, and pam..dad muttered 'my girls..' as this picture was being taken

on creating.

the following quote has been haunting me all day..

gregory orr, a man who accidentally shot and killed his brother in a hunting accident at the age of 12, revealed he writes on a daily basis.

why? he says..

'it's how i know who i am..'
