got palin on the brain....

'...McCain campaign manager Rick Davis has said that Palin will agree to an interview when we think it's time and when she feels comfortable doing it....' (AP)

um yeeeeeeah, ok......then i suppose she'll hold off assuming the role of president, in the unfortunate event that mccain might fall gravely ill or die during his term.....that is, until she feels more 'comfortable.'

shouldn't a governor/VP running mate be comfortable responding to spontaneous questions (or at the very least good at faking it) by now?

Come on -- every politician -- both parties -- picks & chooses his interviews. Obama has always done this. Sarah's telepromtor failed in the middle of her speech & she carried on so smoothly that no one picked up on it. She is, in fact, scheduled to do a huge 2 day interview -- I think it's NBC -- so to be fair you should tune in. I can understand disagreeing with her but I don't understand the hatefulness.

Re: palin
dear anonymous:

for the record, i never said i hated palin.....and you better believe i'm gonna watch her interview (again, i never said i wouldn't) i agree there have been some very passionate arguments disagreeing with palin's beliefs, questioning her qualifications and ethics, etc. (if you bothered to read a few posts back i'm also questioning obama) this is all stemming from the frustration of trying to get to know this virtual stranger only a few short weeks before a pivotal election. i would think the republicans would be JUST as upset having nothing more than these sugar coated speeches she's been regurgitating for the last few weeks....

hmmm, and imagine that-abraham lincoln didn't even HAVE a telepromter.
